    Carmen Avilés Palos (Córdoba, 2002) is an international athlete who specializes in the 400-meter dash. She already has Olympic experience following her participation in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games (where
    she finished in 12th place). She stands out for her consistent performance, both individually and as part of a team, and has been a key player in the renewal of the Spanish 4x400-meter relay team.
