Sustained Energy for Endurance Athletes

Pre-Workout Endurance GoldNutrition® has been formulated for the unique needs of endurance sports. Its energy base combines maltodextrin (fast release) with Palatinose™ (Isomaltulose), a low glycemic index carbohydrate. Palatinose™ provides energy more slowly and gradually, avoiding sugar spikes and guaranteeing a stable and long-lasting energy supply.

Combats physical and mental fatigue

In addition to energy, this pre-workout includes nitric oxide precursors such as AAKG, and performance boosters such as caffeine and L-carnitine. This combination improves the ability to concentrate and optimizes the use of fat as an energy source.

How to use?

Take one dose (2 shallow measures - 15 g) 30 to 45 minutes before training. To prepare 1 dose, add 2 scoops (15g) to 250 ml of moderate water, mix well and take.

WARNINGS

• Not recommended in case of aspirin allergy.
• Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 18.
• Should not be consumed on an empty stomach or in conjunction with other products containing green tea.
• Do not consume a daily amount of EGCG greater than 800 mg. Contains 20 doses with 8 mg EGCG.
